At Vokini Drinks we use different couriers and services depending on the size or weight of a parcel and its destination.

Our Couriers

Parcelforce: Over 25 years in the making we’ve a long history as part of the Royal Mail Group, but in 1986 Royal Mail created a separate parcel function forming the foundations of the business we know today. In 1990 Royal Mail Parcels was rebranded to Parcelforce, along with a massive investment in IT and infrastructure with the introduction of online tracking and the construction of our National and International sorting hubs. Then in 1998 the business was rebranded to Parcelforce Worldwide. The last decade has seen us move into the express parcels market with further investment in technology which enables us to provide our exceptional quality of service. In 2013 we continued investing in the future of our business, enabling us to further enhance our network with 12 new and improved depots. Along with building a brand new processing centre in the North West with industry leading technology; ensuring that we can continue to handle your parcels with greater speed and precision, so we are best placed to meet the rapid growth in demand within the express parcels market.

We use Parcelforce for smaller and lighter parcels that have been placed on our Standard Delivery and other UK services. Signatures are required however if the driver deems it safe to leave your parcel in a safe place, they will do so. If they are unable to delivery, they will leave a calling card with their number for you to re-arrange delivery with the driver directly. Three attempts will be made at delivery before the parcel is returned to the depot. The depot will email/call you to make a final attempt to re-arrange delivery on a day suitable for you. If they are unable to get in touch with you, the parcel with be returned to us.

UK Mail: UK Mail is one of the UK’s leading time critical services carriers. They have an extensive UK network which they integrate with their ground based service to Europe. UK Mail have recently been acquired by the global leader, DHL.

We use UK Mail for all our Next Day and Saturday delivery services, as well as all our European parcel deliveries. Larger and heavier parcels with also be sent on the UK Mail service. UK Mail will send you an email on the morning of delivery giving you a one hour time slot to expect you parcel. We require a signature upon delivery.

Pallet Deliveries: Some of our larger items have to be dispatched on a pallet. If your order is dispatched by pallet you will be contacted directly by the pallet company’s Customer Service Team. Pallet deliveries are to the kerb side only. It is the customer’s responsibility to move the item in to the delivery address. We currently use Beattie Brothers who use Palletforce network and Cross County Couriers who use the Palletways network.

DHL: We use a DHL service for pallet deliveries to businesses.

Please be aware that your supplied telephone number may be printed on the delivery label to provide a point of contact if the courier needs to contact you.


Delivery Services

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery orders can be sent via a multitude of ways depending on weight of the parcel. We state 2 to 5 days delivery to cover all eventualities. We do highly recommend this service if you are not in a rush for your parcel or you don’t mind which day the goods turn up. Should you require your goods to be delivered on a specific day please use the Next Day Express service.

Next Day Express

For our Next Day Express service, all orders must be placed by 17:00 Monday to Friday. Please note that the delivery will be made on the next business working day only, this excludes Bank Holidays. Please see above for the current prices. This service is tracked. Next Day Express is only currently available to delivery addresses in mainland England and Wales.

Saturday Delivery

The cut-off for Saturday delivery is 17:00 on the Friday before the Saturday when you’d expect your delivery. Orders will be dispatched Friday evening for delivery the following day (Saturday). Customers will need to choose Saturday Delivery as the delivery service required. All parcels dispatched on this service are sent with UK Mail. Delivery times are between 8am and 6pm. Saturday delivery is only currently available to delivery addresses in mainland England and Wales.

Parcelforce: All deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm.
UK Mail: All deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm. These times apply for both standard and next day services.
PalletWays: All deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm.

UK Non Mainland Deliveries.

For deliveries to Scottish Highland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Channel Isles the following services are used:

  • Parcelforce
  • UK Mail

Please ensure to choose the correct delivery zone when entering addresses on our website. Choosing the incorrect option can delay deliveries as parcels are dispatched to the incorrect distribution centre. The following postcodes fall within the Scottish Highlands and Islands area. If you have one of these postcodes please ensure to select the correct delivery zone.

These postcodes are provided to us by our couriers as a service other than standard delivery is required for parcels to these postcodes to reach their destination.


Tracking Your Order

Please note: You can only track your parcel once it has been dispatched. Pallet deliveries may be tracked via the telephone.

Depending on the service used to send your good, you will need to go the following websites to track your parcel:

Enter the tracking number associated to your order. If you do not have this you can obtain it from the My Account section once logged into our website.

Should you require further information than seen on the websites above, then please contact us. We may have to contact Hermes/UK Mail directly regarding your enquiry. Please be aware it can take up to 48 hours to receive a response from them.


Delivery FAQs

Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a same day delivery service at this time.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?
We do have a Saturday service available to mainland customers from England and Wales. Orders for this service can be placed on any day of the week but the final cut off time is on Friday at 13:00 GMT. Please ensure that the Saturday delivery service selected.

Can you deliver to an alternative address to that of my billing address?
Yes. Once you have entered your billing address you can also enter an alternative address for delivery.

Can you ship elsewhere other than listed on your delivery page?
We can only deliver to the countries listed on our delivery section. We cannot ship elsewhere, as countries not listed are not on our accounts with Hermes or UK Mail.

I know I will not be home when delivery is made, what should I do?
We always recommend having orders delivered to an address where someone is going to be in to take the delivery, however if this is not possible the courier does try with neighbours or you can leave a signed note to advise where the leave the parcel. If this is a safe place then it is at the driver’s discretion if the item is left.

How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch you will be sent an email with a link to where you can track your order. If you do not get your order you can login to your account to track this.

What happens if I miss the delivery of my order?
If you miss a delivery a card will be left to advise you of this. The parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place for your convenience. Please note: The driver will only leave parcels if they deem this safe to do so. If the parcel is not left, then this will be returned to the depot. You will need to respond to the calling card left to either collect or rearrange delivery.
