Banoffee Float
Ingredients
- 1 bottle of Banoffee Vokini
- Your favourite Bourbon
- 1 x pot vanilla or chocolate ice cream
- 2 x tall glasses
Method
- Add 2 scoops of ice cream into each glass
- Pour 1 x 25ml shot of Bourbon over each glass
- Slowly add the Vokini into each glass (wait for the fizzing to subside)
- Split the rest of the Vokini bottle between the glasses
