Banoffee Float

Ingredients

• 1 bottle of Banoffee Vokini
• Your favourite Bourbon
• 1 x pot vanilla or chocolate ice cream
• 2 x tall glasses

Method

• Add 2 scoops of ice cream into each glass
• Pour 1 x 25ml shot of Bourbon over each glass
• Slowly add the Vokini into each glass (wait for the fizzing to subside)
• Split the rest of the Vokini bottle between the glasses
