Rhubarb Moscow Mule


  • 1 bottle Vokini Rhubarb and Ginger
  • 2x shots vodka
  • 1x can Ginger beer
  • 2x medium glasses
  • 1x lime


  • Fill the glasses with ice
  • Add a shot of vodka to each glass
  • Split the Vokini over the two glasses
  • Halve the lime and squeeze juice to each glass
  • Top with Ginger beer
  • Cut the remaining half of  the Lime into wedges and add to garnish
  • (if you like it extra sour – squeeze in the lime wedges)
