

Rhubarb Moscow Mule
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Vokini Rhubarb and Ginger
- 2x shots vodka
- 1x can Ginger beer
- 2x medium glasses
- 1x lime
Method
- Fill the glasses with ice
- Add a shot of vodka to each glass
- Split the Vokini over the two glasses
- Halve the lime and squeeze juice to each glass
- Top with Ginger beer
- Cut the remaining half of the Lime into wedges and add to garnish
- (if you like it extra sour – squeeze in the lime wedges)
